the housekeeping staff greeted me with smiles. their work was really good. the lobby was airy and beautiful with sweet, smiling staff (i especially appreciated the staff).
the shower is smaller than a prison cell. water drained into the bathroom. the carpet had dust.

I appreciated the convenient location near shopping areas. It was easy to find everything i needed. the staff were very helpful and always available, a plus. the breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. I tried many things.

the room was a grand beautiful king room. it had a separate toilet area and shower. i especially loved the wide selection of international options at breakfast (pancakes were delicious!).
the minibar prices were slightly higher than expected, so i chose to get drinks elsewhere.
