clean roomairport shuttlebuffet variety
the room offered a nice view of the pool area from its balcony the staff were friendly and cute they also provided shuttle service to and from the airport i found this very convenient. the room was clean. the breakfast buffet featured a good variety of Thai and international options.
the room looked a bit tired and could use some minor updates.

Mixed experience. Some issues
rude receptionistfood poisoning
i was quite frustrated with the room service. i ordered a burger, after eating thai food for days. i unfortunately got food poisoning. the receptionist refused to remove the burger from the bill, claiming i should have reported it immediately. this seemed unreasonable, as i couldn't have known it was contaminated beforehand.

The room space was ample. I liked it. the bed was fantastic too. the shuttle bus arrived punctually. This made my transit seamless.
I found a staff member less cute. It was surprising. i had to request a room change multiple times, as the initial rooms did not match the images online!
