My stay featured Horizon City View. The airport pickup was part of the room rate. The room was quite large. It allowed us to spread out and repack without problems. Sunset in the Moon Bar on the 61st floor gave an amazing experience.
The pool was small, and the water seemed pretty cold for the weather.

The hotel features genuine Thai Green curry. Saturday breakfast was a relaxed experience. It gave views over the city. The food tasted very good. It offered many choices.

I had a complimentary Muay Thai lesson. Suk San delivered a great experience. The staff transported our luggage to check-in. They provided excellent service. The team worked hard to assist everyone.

The room featured incense sticks, a good touch for creating a relaxing atmosphere. The japanese toilet in the en suite was a modern convenience, providing added comfort. The bed was comfortable. It ensured restful nights. When I felt unwell, the staff kindly provided a nausea remedy.
The air conditioning wasn't quite as effective as I had hoped.

The staff was attentive and helpful. the pool was a welcome respite from the heat. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere. i booked a room with club access, which significantly enhanced my hotel experience. the club lounge breakfast, lunch, and happy hour were all highlights.
i found the check-in process to be slow upon arrival. i waited longer than expected. housekeeping should pay closer attention to detail to ensure a seamless experience.
