Excellent Hotel Experience

The room near the lounge was spacious (it was quite convenient). Beds were comfortable, and a coffee machine was in the room. Staff members were friendly and helpful whenever possible. I enjoyed relaxing at the lounge with its free hot beverages, soft drinks, and happy hour beer (especially the cocktails).
My room faced directly into a parking lot. I wasn't expecting a great view, but this was disappointing. The pillows and bedding felt worn. They were flat and of poor quality.

The room was equipped with a decent-sized television that had good channels. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked efficiently. Rooms also feature comfortable beds that ensure a restful night.

poor soundproofcockroach problem
I found a couple things really annoying . the soundproofing in the room was poor, and i could hear street noise pretty clearly (it was room 2529, so maybe avoid it). also, the coffee machines at breakfast seemed to have a cockroach problem. I even saw a video about it on google maps! i think the hotel needs to address these issues for a better guest experience.

the front desk staff greeted me warmly they were attentive professional and helpful i liked that the hotel has everything within the area the tuktuk service was convenient it helped me to go to the mall for shopping the hotel was next to a 7 eleven and other cafes it was very convenient i appreciated the variety of halal food available
the air conditioning was not working well i could not regulate the temperature it was either too cold or too hot i noticed water leaking from the ceiling when i got in bed the night i had to call the front desk twice they repaired it it was late and i had an early wake up time

The staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the concierge team as they gave various transport options based on our destinations. The hotel provides taxi service to a nearby shopping mall which was very convenient. The complimentary chocolate hour was a great addition and offered a generous selection of desserts.
