I found some aspects of the hotel disappointing. the breakfast service ended very abruptly at 10:30 a.m.. Nothing remained even a few minutes past the deadline. additionally, i saw excrement in a hallway.. it stayed there from evening until noon the next day. this level of upkeep is unacceptable to me.

the breakfast had many choices and the food was very good!!! breakfast service lasted from 6:30am to 10:30am so i had enough time to get there.

i stayed at this hotel and booked a room with a private pool expecting privacy. the private pool outside my room was built over a drain. the smell was strong. i could not use the pool at all. i wish i had not booked the most expensive room.

i was so excited about the hotel being beachfront! the free sunbeds and towels made relaxing by the sea so easy. the location felt very quiet, even though it was so close to the center. i really loved that!

i found the absence of face towels quite inconvenient . this meant i had to use larger towels for everything!

I stayed here for five nights and i loved the beachfront location near the longtail boats. It really added charm! the staff greeted us warmly each day, their smiles were genuine and bright. the fire shows several times a week were amazing, a beautiful spectacle on the beach.

the gym felt quite small given the size of the place, especially for those wanting a serious workout.
