The windows in my room were disappointingly dirty. It obstructed the view. the room card repeatedly failed. I needed to get it fixed twice during my short stay. This was inconvenient and frustrating.

the location was certainly convenient with many restaurants nearby. i found the bed comfortable and slept soundly. the staff responded quickly to my requests for extra towels and toiletries.
the noise from the hallway was audible inside the room at times. it disrupted my concentration while i worked during the afternoon.
