food selection elevator service
i stayed in a beautiful room with one king bed. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool. breakfast had a great selection of food. the elevator service was quick.
the bar atmosphere was a bit quiet for my taste.

comfortable bed amazing breakfast
and went the extra distance after they got to know me! my room on the high floor overlooked the city. the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was amazing.
i think that the hotel should be a 4-star hotel, not a 5-star. the place is spotlessly clean, though it's a bit staid and needs sprucing up! service felt very average, with no human touch.

The gym provided sufficient equipment for workouts. I saw multiple treadmills and stationary bikes there. the pool area features numerous loungers for relaxation. a shaded section. these amenities contributed positively to my overall experience.

the hotel is right next to the pavilion. lot 10 and sungei wang are also within walking distance! there is easy access to several malls from the hotel, and i found it quite convenient.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide array of choices. It provided a good start to each day. there were many restaurants located nearby, thus i could enjoy local and international food. madfoon palace is very recommendable.

the staff, especially sanjet, shima, vee, imran, farid, devi, and anna, were helpful and smiling, i appreciated their attentiveness and service. the front desk staff also gave a very cute greeting. i would especially thank wee, liz, shima, farid, samjet and imran for their hard work.

the staff showed excellent service. i found the restaurant services to be very good. the food was AMAZING!!! i liked the attentiveness of the staff during my meals. i found the room to be clean.
the lights in the meeting rooms were a bit dim.
