the hotel felt a bit dated. i noticed some wear on the carpets, specifically along the edges where they met the wall.

As a loyal customer, I find the room upgrade policy confusing. I did not receive the upgrade advertised in app. This caused some frustration for me.

The hotel has a gym open 24 hours a day, easy for me to exercise anytime. It has a good size pool suitable for both kids and adults and a free shuttle bus service to KLCC is offered. I found the gym equipment clean.
