I found the breakfast buffet amazing with diverse choices. I especially liked the diy-laksa. the staff was cute at the breakfast buffet. the spacious room had a huge bed.

spacious room clean room food choice convenient location
my stay featured a surprisingly spacious, clean room. i especially appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a larger room. breakfast included many food choices. the location proved convenient.
the hotel felt a bit dated. i noticed some wear on the carpets, specifically along the edges where they met the wall.

helpful staff spacious room
I am grateful for my wonderful stay. The staff provided professional and helpful service to me. The hotel room included nice views and was spacious.
As a loyal customer, I find the room upgrade policy confusing. I did not receive the upgrade advertised in app. This caused some frustration for me.

The hotel has a gym open 24 hours a day, easy for me to exercise anytime. It has a good size pool suitable for both kids and adults and a free shuttle bus service to KLCC is offered. I found the gym equipment clean.
