The room was spacious and very clean. The location is convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants. I found the Alor street food night market nearby. I really enjoyed the easy access to many places.
The breakfast menu was very much the same daily. I found the lack of variety disappointing. The hotel does not provide free parking. I thought this should have been included.

The shower head was loose. It almost hit me when I turned the water on. The toilet sliding door was hard to close, and the toilet lid kept falling on my back. It was like it was swallowing me. The room description said there would be a dishwasher, but it wasn't there. I told the concierge about these problems, but they didn't fix anything! I got a plate of fruit and a note, but I wanted the issues resolved. The listing quietly removed the dishwasher mention. I expected more for the price I paid. The apartment felt low-quality with bulging flooring and small beds.

the facilities were generally convenient. the location offered easy walking distance to various attractions.
I had several issues. the plug points were almost useless. They did not accommodate our chargers easily. despite many charging ports, we struggled because connecting was so difficult. the decor felt drab with the same beige color everywhere, even in the lobby. the staff service was only so-so.
