The staff was polite and helpful. i especially liked the awesome breakfast spread with a wide variety of choices. the hotel is close to the islamic museum. I found this convenient for sightseeing.
The gym facilities were poor and uninspiring. the hotel lacked yoga and pilates classes, which i consider essential for a 5-star hotel. the air conditioning in my room was inconsistent. It only worked efficiently sometimes.

The Junior Suite was spacious enough for my needs. The setup included appropriate linen on the sofa-bed, eliminating the need for an extra bed. I found ample power sockets of the international type, so adapters were not needed, except in the bathroom and by the bedside tables. Early check-in and late check-out were accommodated, very important since I arrived early and departed late. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to KL Sentral.
The pool hours seemed limited.

Staff provided excellent service. They promptly addressed requests for additional toiletries. Concierge service was available. It proved helpful for directions and recommendations for local attractions. It enhanced my overall experience.

The hotel is somewhat isolated, lacking shops nearby. its proximity to the city center is a great advantage. Complimentary shuttle service to KL Sentral addresses accessibility. It allows convenient access to shopping.

The gym located on the 4th floor is well-equipped, it features infused water. The bathroom in the Junior Suite had dual wash basins. There was also a bathtub with bathing salts. A coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods was available in the room.
