i stayed four nights in march 2024. the staff were very attentive from the doormen to the kasara club lounge staff. the kasara club lounge was perfect. i enjoyed tasty treats alongside wine and cocktails in the lounge.
the bath water was yellow after running for a while.

Mixed Stay , Some Issues Not Resolved

lacking servicecoffee delay
I found the service during breakfast quite lacking. I requested coffee , but it only arrived after I asked a second time. By then , I was nearly finished eating. This happened on two consecutive days. The first day , I asked for a refill , but it never came. It would be much better if there was a self-service coffee station.

the location of the hotel was central and convenient for getting around
the air conditioning in the room was very noisy it was not cold i did not sleep well the bath water was yellow even after running it for a while i am not sure about the shower water but it was probably the same
