the bathroom was really small, and the shower curtain felt a bit old! the gym equipment seemed a little outdated, it seemed like it was missing some maintenance. the treadmill screen flickered, and a weight machine handle was loose. i wish they would fix all of this. the music in the lobby was repetitive. it would be nice to have more variety, apply:

The staff booked a taxi to the airport FOR me.
The air con system started leaking. This CAUSED a puddle in the middle of the room. It was fixed quickly THOUGH, still, I wasn't really thrilled about the initial water feature. The location is in a busy area of town AND the traffic is horrendous.

Wonderful Hotel Near Nana Station

The location is central and close to Nana, yet the street remains quiet. The rooms are spacious offering a comfortable stay. The pool was a great addition to the facilities. I appreciate the convenient access to transportation and the peacefulness despite the lively surroundings.
I found the breakfast staff somewhat lacking in attentiveness. It affected the overall dining experience negatively. I believe improvements in staff demeanor during breakfast service would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. Better training may address this issue.
