I enjoyed my stay. The location is very convenient near the royal garden shopping centre. it is a top-class hotel with all the necessary facilities available. the hotel is also situated next to the beach.
the pool was sometimes a bit shaded by the trees, so getting a completely sunny spot required some planning.

the location was convenient, very close to the beach. the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of choices!!! the spa treatments were so relaxing, i felt completely rejuvenated.
They could use some refurbishment.

the staff was helpful. the location is great, with restaurants and shops nearby. the breakfast buffet had unlimited varieties and were delicious!!!
i booked a room with a walk-in shower but instead found a shower that needed a ladder to enter. i was then moved to a room for wheelchair-bound guests, ridiculous. if you do not have walk-in showers, don't advertise them.
