broken air conditioning no room change
The breakfast buffet was acceptable.
The air conditioning in my Premier Beautiful Room didn't work. Staff tried to fix it but failed and offered no room change. This made sleeping uncomfortable.

lovely pool delicious breakfast broken treadmill incomplete treadmill
the pools were lovely and open 24/7 which was great. breakfast had a lot of choices and was very delicious i found.
the gym had one treadmill broken i noticed. another treadmill did not work completely i saw.
