friendly staff spacious room
The staff were very friendly and professional. the landmark double room was spacious. i really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean.
i noticed the high prices, especially for drinks by the pool. i paid $8 for a bottle of water at the pool bar. spa prices seemed higher than other hotels i stayed at.

the landmark king room featured a large comfortable bed and included nice robes. it was spacious enough for luggage and had good air conditioning. the bathroom was clean with fresh towels daily.

the hotel is a short tuk-tuk ride from the main attractions. getting to the night market and other sites was easy (transport was readily available). the area felt safe, even at night.

This hotel exceeded every expectation i had. the staff greeted me warmly and remembered my name throughout my stay. the large pool was so refreshing after long days exploring. i particularly enjoyed the ox club's dinner options. I found them delicious.
i noticed a very slight musty smell in one of the hallways, but it wasn't present in my room.

The gym offers modern equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes. I found it great. the outdoor pool had ample space with twenty loungers. It was perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. tuk-tuk services were readily available at the entrance. I easily accessed local attractions.

Staff members addressed me by name. I felt valued and welcomed. the concierge promptly arranged transportation. I always arrived at my destinations on time. turndown service included thoughtful touches such as fresh towels and neatly arranged belongings. I appreciated their attention.

the rooms are spacious. i had a beautiful king room and there was plenty of space to move around. fresh linens were provided daily, plus, the breakfast buffet was very nice, the largest i have ever seen! tuk tuks were always available outside for quick trips.
the prices for drinks at the pool bar were a bit higher than expected.

The air conditioning was a WELCOME relief from the heat. The room felt both spacious and quiet, it provided a VERY comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the pool. It offered a great way to cool down and relax. The gym is well-equipped. It made exercising a pleasure.
i found a minor detail, the absence of readily available information regarding local SIM card options for tourists, it caused a slight inconvenience upon arrival.

My room was a Beautiful King Room. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Daily cleaning kept the room immaculate (it was super clean!).
