I was greeted on arrival, it. the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. anita, my personal assistant, provided suggestions of things to see and do. She made all the necessary arrangements. the service at this hotel is the best i have ever experienced!!!

The hotel is situated down a little back street. This makes it quiet and cute. the landscaping includes wood and trees. it creates a villa feel. the hotel offers a free one-way tuck-tuck service.

Davis Vann was our personal concierge and guardian angel. He provided reliable answers to our many questions. He also made our dinner reservations. Our room was spacious and clean, tastefully decorated, and it had a great shower and bathtub.

The swimming pool is very cold. And the beds are in the shade most of the day. The breakfast is poor. I tried a few options from the menu. But I never found anything to enjoy. The staff are helpful! though there were certain inconveniences for us.

the hotel provided a tuk-tuk service for quick trips into the city center, this was convenient. my room had a spacious balcony overlooking a garden, i found this quite relaxing.

the gym was a bit small and had limited equipment, i did expect more.
