constant traffic noisecold food
The room i booked, a guest room with a king bed, faced the street. Traffic noise was constant. sleep was difficult because of ambulance sirens and general street sounds. i also ordered room service one night. The food arrived cold and was not what i expected. the presentation lacked any attention to detail.

the breakfast had great variety (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit) and the service was attentive. the multiple pools provided ample space for both adults and children.
The noise level from nearby traffic was quite high. the gym had limited equipment. I would have liked more variety for a longer workout.

the breakfast was acceptable and included a sufficient variety of options.
I encountered an issue with the room's temperature control. The air conditioning was not effective, and the room remained uncomfortably warm. this made sleeping difficult (especially during the humid evenings). furthermore, the soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway disrupted my rest on multiple occasions.

The hotel had a convenient location. The breakfast selection was good.
the receptionist was rude. she looked down at me when i asked for help with my luggage, as my elderly parent and i were trying to catch our airport transport. her arrogant behavior left me with a bad memory after an otherwise nice stay.
