the breakfast was GREAT with many food choices. chad was very helpful with my boiled eggs for breakfast and helped with what i needed. i have ALREADY recommended this hotel to family and friends

a few staff were friendly AND helpful but the majority were not so. this WAS unexpected for thailand

The room was far from ideal. there WAS mold in the corners. The excessive moisture. Walls were dripping. I informed the staff. They moved me, but the air quality remained problematic. The hotel REALLY needs to address climate control.

the staff greeted me warmly. my room was tastefully decorated in a modern design it was also very clean. i found the hotel's location very convenient allowing easy access to local attractions.

my room was quite compact some of the fixtures seemed a bit worn such as the bedside lamps. the corridors on the ground floor felt dimly lit i could hear some noise from machinery nearby. the pool seemed smaller than i anticipated.

the gym had a decent cross trainer and treadmills.

My room wasn't great THERE was a strong smell of damp. the noise at night was awful. I could hear everything from other rooms. this made it hard to sleep. Something REALLY should be done about it.
