The location was great. A few steps took me directly to the beach. the daily cleaning service kept my room tidy, and i appreciated the fresh bed linens each day. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The bathroom had a sewage smell, i found that some days the towels were not changed. the floor cleaning in the room could have been better. This was frustrating!

Staff was very attentive, specifically sabai and joss, who were friendly. the hotel provides kid friendly food options, and drink service was quick. the housekeeping ladies, kuad and tontarn, were very lovely and maintained the rooms well. noel offered great service with a positive vibe. He was attentive and helpful.
the room windows had condensation, impacting the view because of poor ventilation.

The location offered unbeatable access to the beach. Complimentary sun loungers were available by the pool. These overlooked the entire beach. This made it easy to relax. I also found the hotel convenient, especially the changing room and shower. It helped after check-out.
The cost of drinks felt a bit excessive due to the added VAT and service charges. While I understand these are standard, it made external options more attractive. This influenced my decision to purchase beverages outside the hotel.

The staff was very helpful, and receptionists like Dokkaew and Bumbim offered good service. The luggage storage team was friendly. They were always ready to assist. I really appreciated their willingness to help (it was great!).

The location is wonderful. Everything is close to restaurants and shopping. Everything in town is within walking distance. This includes a 7/11 nearby. It is easy to explore the area on foot. The hotel is located directly on the beach.
