The resort had three lovely pools, each connected to a shallow kids pool and swim-up bars. The staff were helpful, especially towards our young daughter.. We really loved how clean the rooms were. There were tea and coffee facilities, that were topped up daily.
The royal blue wing is a bit of a walk to the restaurants and street. The fitness suite was also quite small. The weights only went up to 15kg.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet had a nice selection of different foods. the pools are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. the mattresses was nice and hard, just the way i like it.
the hotel is not the newest in phuket, but the facilities are great.

the pools were great. i also found the rooms to be spacious. breakfast had many options. on my last day, the hotel prepared a breakfast box for me since i had an early departure.
my patio doors to the balcony were buckled. it was difficult to close them. the key card power socket failed. it took three requests to get someone to look at it.

I found the breakfast selection good with tasty food options. the pool bar cocktails were lovely and reasonably priced. i enjoyed the shade around the lower pool areas. It helped me avoid sunburn. the rooftop pool was excellent. It offered a fine sunset view.
the gym needed a serious upgrade.
