the hotel has a beautiful location. the villas offered a lot of privacy. the breakfast was great.
i had conflicting feelings due to language barriers. i had so much trouble communicating with the staff. my stay had miscommunications.

Really good service and fine location
really good service private beach spacious room
The customer service was really good. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I found the private beach and pool area to be fine. I appreciated that the spa offered therapeutic treatments. The Bay Front Beautiful room I stayed in was clean and spacious.
The language barrier with some staff members was a slight inconvenience. Communication was occasionally difficult.

The Bay Front Beautiful room included a king-size bed and a seating area. It also featured a balcony with ocean views. There were two separate sinks in the bathroom. A rainfall shower was also available. The room size allowed easy movement.

The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Free weights were also available. The main pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. Snorkeling equipment was available at no additional charge.

The Seven Seas restaurant offered a tasting menu. Reservations were required. Rak Talay restaurant had happy hour each evening to watch the sunset. Breakfast included a large buffet with various options.

a true gem
unique combination relaxing holiday snorkelling trips good staff
the unique combination of location facilities food and drink plus a good staff makes for a really relaxing holiday. half day trips to koh rok and koh haa are a must with wonderful snorkelling book this in advance if you know when you want to go.
the services offered by the spa were a little subpar i expected a different experience. i did have some minor miscommunications due to the language barrier. at times i gave up because it seemed impossible for us to be able to communicate.

the resort includes a hilltop villas with lovely views and ample space. revamped food menus offer delicious choices and the heritage bar is perfect for sunsets. they offer an extensive app and are available 24 hours a day.

the location is tranquil set in the hills away from the main town. the resort has two levels with green spaces. the beach is beautiful and quiet with access to enjoyable walks and amazing perspectives for sunset.

the staff are enthusiastic cheerful polite and helpful. their behavior is a credit to the resort. the staff consistently provides high quality service i felt pampered the entire stay.

amazing staff dining options
The breakfast felt special. The breakfast staff was amazing, and the variety of food was excellent. The beach is perfect for long walks (I walked every morning), and it features many excellent dining options along the way.
