The resort reminded me of a hidden sanctuary. the beautiful double room featured a garden view and a calming atmosphere. it was an intimate space where we felt connected with nature. The resort transport was timely and always available!

the average english skills of some staff were a bit of a barrier! it was sometimes difficult to fully communicate specific needs.

Breakfast had many options, but the quality was average. juices tasted artificial, and pastries had a hard texture. Asian dishes were available, but they aren't common choices for breakfast.

the staff was friendly and cute, they were helpful. they always drove us to our room given there were a lot of steps. their kindness was good, though some language difficulties occurred.

I was a little annoyed because the breakfast area was not air-conditioned, it was SO noisy. It seemed like i was eating in a train station. the shuttle to the beach did NOT run often enough, causing me to take taxis more than i wanted.

This BEAUTIFUL hotel offered several pools. Therefore a quiet spot was always available. I booked a Seafan room and enjoyed sunset views. The Thai restaurant was good. It showcased great flavors. A 25-minute walk led to restaurants.

the resort is steep! therefore, buggies are necessary to navigate the hills, and i found this limiting.
