the location was central. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly (especially at the front desk). the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.
the gym was quite humid and damp. i noticed some broken tiles around the pool area. the sun loungers near the pool seemed dirty (they could use a good cleaning).

The hotel is situated near many attractions, so everything is within walking distance. I easily accessed shops and restaurants. The location was perfect though the parking was expensive!

The reception staff was helpful and polite, and they answered all my questions quickly. The daily housekeeping service kept my room super clean, and they promptly fulfilled my requests for extra towels.
