I found the staff to be very helpful. They were always there when i needed something. the rooms were cleaned daily and were super clean. there were some flies because of the trees, but i did expect that.
the food at the restaurant was overpriced for its quality. i found the kids club to be unstaffed with few toys and activities for children. it advertised a child-friendly environment, but i was disappointed by this.

The room I had was large enough and had a nice bed.
I did find some issues. The bathroom wasn't cleaned to a high standard and it had hairs in the shower drain. The noise at night made it hard to sleep well. The road outside had constant traffic.

i found the breakfast buffet had a wide variety. it included delicious options and fresh ingredients! the cocktails at trio pool bar were amazing too. the location suited me, it's away from the bustle. it only takes a short ride to get to the beach. i was really surprised by the quality.
the road in front is quite busy. it can be a bit noisy and it detracts from your balcony time. there are also electrical cables hanging right in your sightline. i hope they fix this issue soon.

The hotel is perched on a cliff, which allows for fine views. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, so guests are assured of relaxing vacation time. this location is close to the beach, a short ride away, offering an escape from the busy areas, great.

the infinity pool had a superb ocean view and a cool bar right inside, i loved it! the rooftop garden was fine , it offered a beautiful view over the bay. our room was spacious , a very great plus. i especially enjoyed the beautiful infinity pool , very scenic.

the staff responded quickly and helped a lot , always with a smile. i am so happy noodang served me in the lounge , she was so attentive. the breakfast buffet had lots of options , everything i could think of.
