great activities very nice team aqua aerobics
Asha, Kelvin, and Dino provided great activities. The kids enjoyed the tshirt painting and fan painting sessions. The pool aqua aerobics were fun for everyone. The entertainment team was very nice. I felt so happy.
The check in staff was not that friendly. I found the place a bit dated.

Excellent Stay Experience
fun program new friends excellent team
I really enjoyed all the activities offered here. The entertainment team, Asha, Kelvin, and Dino, were great. They got everyone involved. My family and I made new friends through the hotel activities. I hope to return on my next vacation to Thailand. The programs were AMAZING!!!
The rooms facing the balconies had a noticeable smell coming from the ventilation system. This smell made sitting outside unpleasant. Reception was notified, but the smell persisted. I wish this issue could have been resolved .

mixed experience , some issues noted
late noise high beds
The room i had was not ideal. there was noticeable noise from a nearby restaurant late into the night , playing music until 11.30pm. this made it difficult to sleep. additionally , the height of the beds posed a problem for a family member with mobility issues . They needed assistance getting on and off the bed , it was too high for independent movement.

super clean cleanliness varied breakfast convenient location handy amenities
the cleaning staff ensured everything was super clean and catered to our needs seamlessly. i found the breakfast to be varied and good, especially with both english and thai options available. we stayed in a swim-up room next to the kids club, a very convenient location. the bathroom included shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap, razor, and a sewing kit, very useful.
I noticed some minor wear and tear. The rooms could use some refreshing updates. The furniture was a bit aged.

The resort boasts multiple pools and bars. One bar is even located directly in the pool. there is also a bowling alley available for guest entertainment. Various activities cater to both adults and children on a daily basis.

The staff was always ready to help, especially with requests for customized meals! the hotel offers daily events like face painting and mask making for children. I really appreciated how attentive the staff was to all our needs.

The hotel is situated across the street from the beach. many bars and restaurants are within a short walk. getting taxis and tuk-tuks is quite easy to and from the hotel. This makes exploring convenient.

fresh fruit large pools beach proximity
The breakfast had many choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. Pools were large. The main pool even had a waterslide. The hotel is close to the beach. but the road in front is not too busy.
Some areas of the hotel appear a bit worn.
