I found a good location. It made moving around easy. Staff members were outgoing. They provided assistance to me.

I faced issue about the absence of form. I tried to get laundry done. No one provided a form in the room to me. I took laundry to reception with no form. Guy filled out paperwork. I got my bag 24 hrs later.

My room was not ready upon arrival. I requested a twin room multiple times, but it took two days to resolve. Soundproofing in the room was inadequate. The neighbors were excessively loud, and despite multiple complaints, no action was taken.

the suite was beautiful and spacious i loved how comfortable it was the staff were gracious at every turn they helped with everything from checking in to checking out i enjoyed their fantastic service the hotel was clean when i walked in the rooms were immaculate and well taken care of the staff were super great i really appreciated their willingness to help.

this hotel is excellent and the service? seriously great! even though we didn't mention it was my birthday, they surprised me during breakfast with a delicious cake and warm wishes from the staff, so thoughtful! the whole hotel is super clean and rooms have thai decorations, i really love it! overall, such a fantastic place, i can't wait to come back!

I had an issue with ants in the room near the coffee station. They were all over the cookies. the jacuzzi tub barely produced any hot water, really annoying. The manager created an embarrassing situation when my second guest wasn't allowed to enter the resort, even after my first guest had a family emergency and needed to leave. This has never happened before despite my loyalty over the years. They also refused a refund for the unused portion of my reservation. I will not be recommending this resort again.
