The location proved convenient with easy access to nearby amenities. The room was a Beautiful King Room Balcony and it featured a comfortable king size bed and a well kept balcony. The air conditioning worked efficiently ensuring a cool room temperature. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness .

excellent hospitalityfriendly staffmajor safety issue
i would return. hospitality was excellent and staff were friendly. they were accommodating. the breakfast choices suited everyone. thank you to everyone from reception, housekeeping, poolside, bar, and restaurant staff. i enjoyed the food and beverage team. jasmine and jeff were great.
the room door was not closing. i locked the door, yet it didn't close. this is a major safety issue. my whole day plan has been destroyed due to time wasted waiting for a solution.

the main room is compact, but it features a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. i found the bathroom large and spacious, a feature i appreciated. the lighting fixtures are effective.
