Acceptable but Underwhelming Stay

inconvenient deposit dirty tables
The check-in process wasn't smooth. I found the cash deposit policy to be inconvenient. I tried to use a credit card but it wasn't accepted. The breakfast buffet had issues. Tables were often dirty and not enough staff cleaned them. Food items weren't consistently restocked, SUCH as pancakes.

Satisfying Stay

clean room spacious room perfect aircon
The room was very clean and quite spacious. I had a premier beautiful room with a pool view. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I liked having a large walk in bathroom with closets. a great size shower. There were lots of power points and mirrors in the bathroom.
I noticed not enough lounges were available around the pools. Many people would reserve them, AND some additional umbrellas would be helpful. It was very hot if you were directly in the sun all day.

the hotel is centrally located near the beach. breakfast offers a variety of options. i found scooter parking very convenient.
The gym had some broken equipment. This was not advertised, so it was potentially dangerous.

I found the hotel's location very convenient. It was a short distance to the beach. I enjoyed the accessibility. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any request. I especially liked the pool areas. They are lovely.
I experienced some noise from adjacent rooms. Soundproofing could improve. I heard conversations and movements at night. This made it difficult to fall asleep at times. The noise issue needs attention.
