The beach access was seamless, and the beach secure hotel. The front desk staff was also fast and very effective. The breakfast had a wide selection of options. The location is great with restaurants within walking distance.
I found that some areas could have been cleaner, especially the jacuzzi on the balcony.

The hillside location was not ideal. My room overlooked the main road and a noisy maintenance area. I requested a quieter room, but I was told moving would cost extra. there were insufficient staff members around the pool. This resulted in a lack of service.

I found the staff were very helpful . They promptly addressed any questions i had. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including both western and asian options. the beach was clean, providing ample space for relaxation, though some areas were a little crowded. i liked the proximity to the beach from my villa. It made morning walks very easy.
the gym equipment seemed a little old, though it was still functional, this aspect could use some improvement.

the paradise beachfront villa included a king-size bed and a private balcony with direct beach access. the bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. two complimentary bottles of water were provided each day.

I enjoyed the hotel's beachfront pool. It featured a swim-up bar. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast offered many choices. My room was large, comfortable, and clean. It also had a balcony.
The poolside bar sometimes stopped happy hour early. This happened before the advertised time. I found that annoying.

The front office team assisted me quickly. The housekeeping team maintained everything super clean. A staff member helped me cross the road. Por and King were attentive staff.
