The location was amazing with beautiful views. the beachfront access was awesome. I enjoyed drinks while watching the sunset.
i found that they charge for ice cubes. the hotel seemed aged and in need of an uplift.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Arissa, Azim, and Afiqah were helpful. The location offers private beach access, a HUGE plus. The resort grounds were very green and clean. I spent hours exploring.
The gym equipment seemed dated and some machines required maintenance. I hope they can fix this SOON.

the pool was a good size. the beach bar served tasty food and drinks. the beach was very close with plenty of activities to choose from.
the check-in process was slow. the staff did not seem to be trained in how to deal with pushy behaviour. no attempt was made to fix the situation when the safe was locked.
