beautiful grounds friendly staff clean room comfortable lounger
i found the grounds to be beautiful. the staff were friendly and helpful (i especially liked their iced coffee which i had not seen before). the rooms were very clean, as were the bathrooms. the pool area was lovely and had comfortable loungers.

the hotel has immediate access to a beach, perfect for strolls and relaxation by the sea. it is a 10-minute walk along the sand to klong nin. a short tuk-tuk ride of 15 minutes will get you to long beach.

i saw the staff to be very attentive at clearing tables and refilling food during breakfast. they offered a shuttle service around the hotel because rooms are quite a distance. the pool staff remembered guests' names.

gluten free bread professional staff separate fryer tired bathroom basic bedroom
the staff was kind and professional. i am unable to eat gluten and the hotel catered to my needs. gluten free bread was available, and they solved everything i asked for (especially the fresh fruit!). mr mee poolman made sure a separate fryer was used for fries to assure i could eat them.
i stayed in a beautiful room. the bathroom was tired. the bedroom was basic. i had to walk up three flights of steps and i was not warned about this.

i stayed in a tropical room and it was roomy. the main ozone pool was clean and sparkling. breakfast was excellent (fresh tropical fruit was available).

an amazing hotel with fine facilities
towel animal excellent team
the stream pool bar was great and mr mee made our holiday special. our housekeeping team was excellent and kept our room clean. every day i got a new towel animal.
the staff at reception weren't very cute. when i checked in, they didn't give me enough information.

admirable stay
sea view helpful staff easy shuttle
the hotel setting includes a nice pool and beach. i saw a great sea view from the room. the staff were very helpful. i especially admired the shuttle service because it was quick and easy to get from the hill top rooms to the lobby (this really helped me get around).
i observed many kids around the hotel. this made the hotel seem more like a creche. i wanted to relax quietly but often found this difficult.

the hotel is located on a hill, so climbing steep stairs to some bungalows is necessary. shuttle cars are available for those who find climbing difficult. this hotel is surrounded by nature and the tranquility of the beach.

the breakfast has a huge variety and good quality (especially the fresh fruit). there are lovely local bakeries available for lunch nearby, great for varied dining options. the breakfast is served in an outdoor location.

Mixed Feelings About the Stay
reluctant service uphill climb
The breakfast was acceptable (the omelets were okay).
I must say, the service at the front desk left much to be desired. Upon arrival, they seemed reluctant to assist us before the official check-in time. They provided no information, including the Wi-Fi password (despite repeated requests). The room was quite a distance from the pool and restaurant. It was an uphill climb and really tested my fitness levels.

a relaxing getaway
super clean pool area welcome feeling attentive staff overall beauty
I had a really nice time at the hotel. our room included everything we needed plus a fantastic view. the pool area was super clean. I noticed staff kept it very clean. mr mee at the pool bar was amazing. He. i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the overall beauty of the place.
The hotel is indeed sprawling. Sometimes, navigating the hilly terrain to get around the resort required a bit more walking than i anticipated.

The breakfast offered a HUGE selection. There was something for everyone to enjoy. i even enjoyed the sushi dinner at the big restaurant. It was quite delicious. i found the food was AMAZING!!!

the hotel grounds seemed like a jungle with beautiful greenery all around. i noticed many iguanas and orchids adding to the exotic feel. there was a lovely koi pond with orchids and other exotic plants.
