the air conditioning was quite loud i found it difficult to sleep well. also the bathroom lacked proper ventilation causing it to feel damp. these issues detracted from what could have been a more restful experience. the room felt slightly overpriced considering these shortcomings.

i found the room spacious, it included a complimentary mini bar. the gardens integrated into the hotel's design are beautiful. i was fortunate to receive a late check out at no extra charge, it was convenient.

while the gym was good, it was often crowded was great. the limited space during peak hours detracted from my workout routine. the situation needs addressing .

The location is perfect. Chinatown and a food center are within walking distance. quark clay and marina bay are also very close, providing great convenience. it's easy to explore many attractions from here.

The air conditioning was quite noisy. It disrupted my sleep. also, i found the breakfast room to have a bad design, contributing to the noise. i expected better soundproofing for the rooms and a more peaceful breakfast setting.

i found this hotel to be quite nice i really liked the location near chinatown it was convenient for exploring the area the breakfast had many choices and i thought it was yummy our room was clean. the pool area has a lovely view i really enjoyed the comfortable bed and all the greenery surrounding the building.

i noticed the air conditioning would not adjust properly the temperature kept dropping i had to turn it off to avoid freezing this was a minor inconvenience but worth noting .
