fantastic marina bay stay
fine view lovely dessert
i found everything simple and hassle-free. the views of marina bay were quite fine. it was an anniversary trip, and the hotel added a box of chocolates plus a lovely dessert to my room (what a nice touch!).
during my stay, i noticed that the hallways had a lot of room service food left out. this wasn't very appealing. it was a bit of a recurring issue.

my room had a perfect view of marina bay sands and gardens by the bay. the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. the room was very super tidy and a beautiful deco was made.

the hotel is connected to marina square shopping centre and the renowned train network. the easy access to the mall made getting out in various directions very easy. the location is so close to everything walking and on the underground.

lush greenery soaring atrium peaceful oasis
the interior design impressed me with its lush greenery and soaring atrium. the pool area was a peaceful oasis above the city. adam, min, fifi, and omar at the bar.
i can understand why some guests find the rooms impractical, particularly regarding storage. the lack of drawers in the suite was noticeable, and the bathroom layout could be improved. providing wine glasses in the rooms would also enhance the experience.

decent, but with some issues
untrained staff strange smell
the breakfast was acceptable and had a decent selection of options.
The check-in was a mess. I had to wait an extra hour. the staff seemed untrained and not particularly helpful. the room itself smelled a bit strange. It was like stale air freshener mixed with something else. i don't think i'll be staying again soon.

really good comfort and attentive service
clean room comfortable bed modern equipment excellent security
The room was clean the bed was comfortable i found the room attendants excellent and i want to give them special mention the gym had modern equipment including several treadmills i appreciated this feature. the restaurant offered a tasty breakfast with many choices. Peach blossom had good food i thought. security was excellent. Ravi assisted me in retrieving my wallet after i lost it downtown.

the hotel benefits from its central location near shopping centers and various tourist spots i found it easy to explore many attractions it offers great convenience for getting around the area. it is near train network.

Great Location, Clean Room
comfy room excellent architecture
The check-in process was smooth with minimal documentation. The room was comfy and featured all necessary amenities. The hotel architecture was excellent and very enjoyable. I liked it. I also noticed the filtered water tap in the bathroom.
The Peppermint host gave an incorrect recommendation for halal options, sending me to Ruth's Grill with the claim they shared a kitchen. The breakfast options seemed uninspired. I found nothing special. I also could not find any kids channel on TV.

The breakfast buffet included starters, mains, and desserts from various cuisines. I saw options ranging from European classics to Japanese, Chinese, and Indian dishes. The food was very diverse.

attentive staff excellent cocktail
the lounge staff was attentive. jenny and yarik made excellent cocktails. the pool area has a fantastic view! it is quite nice. it allowed me to work in quiet.
the breakfast was only said to be very good by my son, but most of us did not have it.
