the staff helped with my needs. chef sundar made special dishes for my wife and me since we avoid gluten and dairy. his help. arya escorted us to the reception area. she was amazing. yus assisted us with our bags and directed us to the nearest mall exit (very helpful!).
i needed ice and a cocktail shaker one evening. i wanted a nightcap in my room. i was told they did not have a cocktail shaker for in-room use. they eventually sent one, but i found it irritating that i had to argue.

mr. soon and celly handled my check-in smoothly. they suggested some excellent local restaurants. i found a welcome gift of balloons, cake, and wine upon arrival in my suite. the entire experience felt flawless due to the service and smooth check-out process.

The location was perfect. many key attractions are within walking distance, this includes marina bay sands and gardens by the bay. Access to transport is very easy from the hotel too.

The buffet spread was wide. Culinary offerings maintained high standards. I enjoyed free flow alcoholic drinks including champagne throughout the day accompanied meals. The city-famous Colony restaurant offers buffet style catering services.
The check-in lobby had too many diffusers. It was overbearing.
