colonial charm and modern experience

warm greetingfine lobbywelcomed guest
the doormen, harpreet and narinder, provided a warm greeting. i enjoyed the long bar. it was worth the visit all the way from the uk. the lobby felt fine, i felt treated like a welcomed guest.
the pool service was a bit slow. i felt the staff could be more attentive to poolside orders.

Service Issues Detracted From the Experience

I found it difficult to get assistance from the butler without being in the room , and this was inconvenient. The response time from other staff was also slow , with emails to reception taking days to receive a response. Ordering food from the courtyard menu at the pool proved impossible. These issues detracted from what should have been a seamless luxury experience.

The building offers a great location near meeting places. This worked well. I was able to enjoy a mocktail on the outdoor terrace. This area was beautiful.
I found it challenging to find my way to the lobby from the parking. The signage could be clearer. It was not always intuitive.

A Charming Experience

really good serviceamazing buildingenjoyable stay
I found the building amazing and immaculately kept. The staff offer really good service levels, they looked after me, it seemed like staying with friends. I am charmed to say that I thank the staff.
I find that I must use an iPad to operate everything, and this can be difficult for some people.

Every single staff member treated me with warmth, this happened because they were attentive. They surprised me with many gifts and checked in often to ensure I was in good hands. All this made my big day nice.

The environment is very tranquil, it is also cozy. It is in the city center. I didn't feel the bustling around. The major tourist attractions and CBD area are within a few miles away from this perfect spot.
