okay locationconstant dustdifficult temperature
the location was okay , with reasonable access to public transportation.
the room i had was not very clean , and i found a layer of lint-like dust on my belongings daily. the vents seemed to be the source of the dust , and it was quite annoying to have to constantly wipe everything down. i also found the air conditioning difficult to regulate .

the receptionist provided early access to my room at 9:30. i appreciated the extra hour on checkout too. i loved the view and the size of the room it was also quiet.
i found the rooms on the 18th floor not as nice as the 16th ones. my room had a cracked basin, a rotten window ledge, and empty shower gel. more sun loungers would improve the pool area a little.

the hotel location is near to sentosa it is convenient. bus 123 stops nearby and goes directly there.
my superior room has many issues. the door handle came out as soon as i entered the room so i felt very strange and unsecured. the room itself is very compact and congested so it is not adequate to stay for families.

I was greeted by friendly staff at the front desk. hershel was very accommodating to my needs. the pool was clean and relaxing. I loved the refreshing water. the hotel has a family and kids friendly environment. the rooms are spacious which was great for my family.
The carpet had a slight odor. It wasnt overwhelming though.
