The hotel's location is fantastic. It is walkable to many attractions and restaurants. The rooms were very clean with turn-down service each evening. I found lovely welcome treats and fruit in the room.
I informed the reservation team in advance about my wedding anniversary. None of the staff seemed to take note of it. I was not expecting any gift, but a note would have been appreciated. The reservation team was not responsive to replies.

Really good Stay Near Marina Bay
ideal location helpful staff varied breakfast easy shopping
I found the location ideal with proximity to the Raffles Hotel. Shopping and dining were easily accessible, with a shopping mall directly below the hotel (I found this very convenient). The staff were helpful and always greeted guests with a smile. I appreciated the breakfastwith both Asian and continental options.
The air conditioning in the room could have been more effective. I would have preferred a cooler temperature.

The room had a king-size bed and a balcony that offered a view of the Marina Bay area (a very nice sight). The room included multiple settings for lighting to adjust to my preferences. The bathroom provided both a shower and a bathtub.

The hotel connects directly to Raffles City shopping mall, allowing convenient shopping. Guests can enjoy two breakfast options. One is in Prego and the other is in the Asian Market Cafe. The gym included treadmills and stationary bikes.

The staff was consistently warm and professional . I was impressed with the promptness with which housekeeping and turndown service were provided (I especially appreciated this personal touch). The concierge was always available to assist with directions and recommendations.

the location proved central, providing convenient access to various attractions.
The lightning system caused frustration. Lights activated unpredictably, and controlling individual lights proved impossible. ice was consistently absent from the room. the air conditioning maintained a fixed temperature.

The gold service team was indeed marvelous. james possessed a cheerful personality and an irresistible sense of humour. maya was kind and helpful. zack and ansel remembered our names and our preferred drinks. They always ensured we were well looked after.
our room seemed small, even though the photos made it appear large. we booked this room for a comfortable seating option, but we only had two slightly padded plastic chairs. these felt more like office chairs.

superb stay at raffles city
raffles city shopping mall respectful staff dining option
the hotel is connected to raffles city shopping mall. it offers convenient access to various shops. there are also many dining options. the location made it easy to explore the area. i also found that staff members were courteous. they offered helpful assistance when needed.
i found only one minor issue, the gym became a little crowded during peak hours. finding an available treadmill proved challenging at times.
