Average stay with a notable service issue
furniture room layout emotional staff inappropriate remarks
The room offered an amazing layout and new furniture.
I must mention that Ms. Eddy Tan approached me the next morning and got rather emotional as she conversed with me. She said she was "upset" that I didn't fancy the room she had assigned me to and that she had "put in a lot of effort". At that juncture, I felt that it was rather inappropriate.

fine views, excellent location
perfect location convenient access dining options marina bay view
The location was perfect. it was so close to the main attractions, including marina bay sands. direct access to the shopping center and the train station was a huge plus for exploring. i found many dining options just steps away from the hotel. It was quite convenient. my premier marina bay room provided amazing marina bay views.
i did notice that the bathroom seemed a bit outdated. i would have liked a more modern design.

the hotel boasts a superb location, very near marina bay sands. direct access to raffles city shopping centre and the mrt station simplified getting around the area, and we loved that perk. it was definitely worth it.

I am grateful for the hotel staff and service I received. The helpful staff assisted with taxis. The concierge service was prompt. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.
The air conditioning system was bad! The room felt warmer than the set temperature. It made sleep difficult

The hotel is connected to a mall and is in a central location, close to attractions! There is a good-sized swimming pool suitable for children. I found the spa area well equipped.

This hotel's location is excellent as it provides easy access to shopping centers and MRT stations. It is convenient for transportation around the area, and offers nice views. The location was perfect!

decent stay but issues noted
inconsistent shower loud air conditioning
i encountered a couple of problems. the shower temperature was inconsistent it fluctuated between hot and cold. this made showering unpleasant. also the air conditioning unit was quite loud it disrupted sleep.

uneven experience at high-rise hotel
warm room poor drainage
the hotel location was good, it provided easy access to many places.
i found the service during check-in lacking. the air conditioning in my premier marina bay 1 king balcony marina bay view room didnt cool below 21°c so the room was uncomfortably warm. also, the shower drainage was poor and it created a mess.

location good, some issues encountered
perfect location great location poor water quality pool quality
the location is perfect because it is just minutes walk to the mrt. the hotel is also located next to raffles city.
the pool lacked proper water quality and the atmosphere was not relaxing. there was little greenery and too many skyscrapers.
