I found the hotel's location convenient with easy access to the mrt station. Vasan helped me greatly with printing documents. He was friendly and approachable.
the breakfast options did not fully meet expectations.

The room was luxurious with a drop-down glass window. It offered a great view of the surrounding area.
The restaurant experience disappointed me, as it lacked staff training. The indoor breakfast restaurant was overcrowded. I noticed some staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. It did not feel like a real 5-star experience.

sella and naren at reception were very attentive. they helped with a smooth, express check-in. the hotel provides a very cute atmosphere. the location is very convenient.
i did not like the breakfast spread , it was missing western options.

the room had automatically switched-on lights upon entry. it also had curtains that opened automatically. a coffee machine was available in the room. twg tea bags were in the drawer.

the hotel is next to one farrer park mrt station. this provides a huge advantage for getting around. mustafa shopping center is also less than a short walk away. many indian restaurants are within walking distance.

malek on the 18th floor was very cute. he was also very efficient at his job. the staff arranged vegetarian meals for both lunch and dinner. the food was amazing.

the pool on level 6 looked well maintained. it was to be very huge in size. there is a laundry room available . it provides added convenience .

the receptionist quickly answered all inquiries. they also assisted with operating the coffee machine. the staff were attentive to my needs. they engaged well with guests at all times.

This hotel had a competitive price. Sella and Sri at reception ensured an early room access. This happened despite the hotel was fully booked. Cleaning lady Fei Yan gave a professional service. Malek was attentive. He treated us like royalty. He offered excellent service.
Hot water sometimes takes too long to heat in the showers. It sometimes needs three or four minutes for any warmth.

The staff were very informative. Vishnu staff explained everything perfectly. I also found Param was friendly and helpful at check in. He also provided an early check in.

The breakfast had a good variety. The Peranakan buffet lunch offered many classic dishes. The ayam buah keluak, babi pongteh, and chap chye had rich flavors. I liked kuehs assortment at the dessert counter.
