I found the staff consistently helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. It was amazing. the location proved very convenient with easy access to transportation.

The hotel is centrally located. It is within walking distance of many shopping areas and malls. The staff were very helpful. I really appreciated that a room with full showering facilities was available for use after check out because my flight left late.

dusty tablepoor lighting
i booked a heritage room and expected a bit more. the writing desk was on the balcony. the hairdryer was even in a drawer of the writing table i thought this was odd. the lighting was poor, and it was hard to see to use the coffee machine I felt disappointed.

I enjoyed the helpful staff. the location is perfect. I felt safe. the local people were very wonderful and helpful. i found the breakfast, wifi connection, and room cleanliness good.
waiting time at reception to check in was ridiculous. i waited 1hr 30 minutes past check in time of 3 o clock.

The breakfast restaurant on level 1 is beautiful. i enjoyed royal jelly. egg tart and a petty piece of cake were directly served by the restaurant. The food quality was high.

The reception desk is private. There are private desks with two chairs for check-in for each customer. the staff at the desk guided our family to the rooms and explained the room facilities. all the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

We chose rooms with a balcony. It accommodates the desk, chair, and a stand light. it had a beautiful closet with a nespresso machine. There was a basic set of capsule coffees, assorted teas, and instant coffee. their coffee glasses are elegant.

Easy access to underground transport through the adjoining arcade allows easy movement around the city. this includes easy access to one of massive connected walkways. From here you can reach multiple malls and mrt stations. there is a small pool on the roof.

The location is magnificent. It is across the street from city hall mrt station. many core tourist attractions are within walking distance or a couple of stops away. the capitol theatre is next door, meaning there are so many dining options.
