impressed stay

rooftop gym fine view smooth check-out
i found the location excellent. the rooftop gym included three treadmills. the swimming pool displayed a fine view and was clean. check-out occurred smoothly at 12:30 without issue.
the customer service has a slight lack of coordination.

filtered water convenient location quiet atmosphere
the location was superb. it was close to chinatown. the filtered water tap in my room was very convenient. i appreciated how quiet the hotel was despite being centrally located.
soundproofing was a little poor, i could hear street noises.

convenient location and clean rooms

the location is really convenient near chinatown mrt stop. the rooftop pool had beautiful views both during the day and at night. the room was spacious and clean. subra from the concierge team was helpful as he looked after our bags before check-in and after check-out.
the room smelled. i asked to change rooms, but this request was not accommodated. the carpark machine was also broken.

mrt station clean room ample room old fruit small selection cheese type
i liked the hotel location it was close to the mrt station and china town the room was comfortable clean ample and well decorated i did not use the leisure areas but they looked pretty and decorated.
the breakfast was not good the fruit was old almost fermented the selection was small there was one type of cheese and it ran out quickly it took over an hour to refill i expect more appealing options for that price.

mrt access spacious room housekeeping staff daily request unexpected fee night power
the location was convenient to chinatown and the mrt. the room was spacious. the housekeeping staff kept the room very clean!
I had to ask for towels and toilet paper every day. It was a hassle. a long check-in line formed early, and there were extra fees i didn't expect. the power went out from 11 pm to 5 am one night, that was a bit annoying.
