i liked the hotel location it was close to the mrt station and china town the room was comfortable clean ample and well decorated i did not use the leisure areas but they looked pretty and decorated.
the breakfast was not good the fruit was old almost fermented the selection was small there was one type of cheese and it ran out quickly it took over an hour to refill i expect more appealing options for that price.

The location was convenient.. the gym and sauna were decent.
My stay got off to a rocky start. I discovered the room was next door to another, not interconnected as I had booked. I received no help with moving heavy bags. Even the airport offers trolleys!

the location was convenient to chinatown and the mrt. the room was spacious. the housekeeping staff kept the room very clean!
I had to ask for towels and toilet paper every day. It was a hassle. a long check-in line formed early, and there were extra fees i didn't expect. the power went out from 11 pm to 5 am one night, that was a bit annoying.
