Excellent Stay Amidst Tranquility
attentive staff clean room excellent architecture refreshing pools
The staff was attentive to my needs. They promptly addressed all requests. I appreciated the clean room, it provided a relaxing environment after a long day. The building's architecture impressed me and the pools provided a refreshing escape .
The bedding seemed a bit old and gave off a slight odour. I think replacing these could improve the overall freshness of the room.

Breakfast featured a diverse buffet selection. It included many choices. Dana and her team managed the breakfast service efficiently, they kept the area well-stocked and clean. I found the overall dining experience satisfactory.

central location tropical bathroom quiet location good pool
I found the location quiet and central. it was nice to be near fort canning park. The historical site was interesting to visit. i appreciated the tropical themed bathroom, it added a special touch to my stay. the pool was also a delight!
i noticed a very slight worn odour in the bedding.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices and a varied assortment. i really enjoyed the food. one staff member was very attentive. They provided excellent service during the meals.

there are two attractive swimming pools on the premises. i observed that the hotel is close to a shopping center. it is also near multiple metro lines, providing convenient access to transportation.
