the staff was really amazing and the hotel felt super polished. we had free activities available everyday and the buffet breakfast include a great variety. i find the staff go above and beyond to ensure my stay was nice and really like a 6 star experience.

the location was a little bit far from the main beaches. i find its hard to get a grab taxi, so the hotel ordered one, but the price to go to the beaches its about 4 times the price.

My check-in was smooth. Breakfast offered a very wide selection! R-Bar had beautiful views of Uluwatu. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Complementary slushes and cocktail tasters were offered. I also enjoyed poolside bingo.

The layout was confusing. It was difficult to find my room. This could be difficult with mobility issues.

mr. basuki welcomed us warmly during check-in, and he even shared helpful tips about our next destination. ms. jasmin, who taught herself korean, attended to us with kindness and a bright smile (i really remember her!). ryzki guided us to the owl sanctuary late at night. a staff member helped us through chat, and i am grateful, though i don't know her name.

The bed was a bit too firm. It wasn't the most comfortable after a while.
