the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. fresh linens and water were provided daily, i found that very convenient. the pool service was great, i enjoyed the food and drinks. breakfast offered a great food selection with constant replenishment.
this wasn't communicated beforehand.

the hotel features a superb location near a central shopping area. a beach is also close by, and the hotel is at walking distance from the airport. many restaurants and shops surround the immediate vicinity.

The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for all guests. there is a well-set-up gym with modern equipment. there is a wonderful park and nice gardens offering really good landscaping and views. A kettle and fridge were available in the room.

The location proved very strategic for my business needs in Tuban. Its proximity to the airport prevented any rush. The room provided good comfort and also had strong wifi. The parking situation was also good.
My room was smaller than others I have seen in the area. A very nauseating stench originated in the bathroom. Staff provided air freshener but I wanted a room change. It took a long time to get breakfast.

i appreciated the beautiful gardens and the inviting pool area. breakfast offered plenty of options, though it seemed geared towards indian cuisine. the location was very convenient with food options, convenience stores, and a mall nearby.
The room decor felt a bit dated. It could benefit from some updating.

broken glasslacking service
i had a junior suite, but it wasn't perfect. the window glass was broken, and i ended up paying for it (even though it was like that when i checked in). the staff didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. i didn't get extra towels or water, and overall, the service was lacking. it really put a damper on my bali experience.
