excellent varietycute staff
The breakfast buffet had excellent variety. I appreciated that the staff were cute. The attractive grounds were well maintained and the bed was comfortable. I also valued traffic control officers and their help with road crossings.
The pool did not seem large enough for the hotel size.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. there were no beautiful rooms available so i got an upgrade to a club room. this gave me access to a roof pool only for club members. There was building work still in progress but the manager offered a discount on the final bill for the inconvenience.
The fitness centre requires some maintenance. Some of the machines had rust. the luggage delivery service was also a bit slow! it was easier to transport the luggage myself.

The staff was very helpful. They addressed all my questions with great efficiency. the team was friendly and accommodating . I felt well cared for. i booked a traditional bali massage. It was one of the best i've had.

Breakfast offered a big variety, and i really liked that the chef prepared scrambled eggs and omelets right on the spot. the drinks menu included good cocktails made with fresh ingredients. the breakfast buffet provided many options. This ensured a satisfying start to each day.

My room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, I saw a lot of variety. The pool and swim UP bar were amazing. I found the staff to be friendly.
The gym is old, small, it has broken equipment and rusted weights. I think the hotel should improve the maintenance of this particular amenity.

The grounds included lush tropical plants. three restaurants provided a wide array of options. i found the staff helpful and always available. They ensured i had an enjoyable visit. i especially appreciated the cleanliness visible throughout the entire resort
The pool bar felt basic. it seemed understaffed. This led to slow service and plastic glasses detracting from a luxurious experience. smoking was permitted at the pool bar. This made waiting there unpleasant

a decent stay

well-kept gardenrestaurant foodrude staffstained bedding
the gardens at the resort were something (very enchanting!), very well maintained. the food at the restaurants was also great. i liked that the location was right on the beach.
the reception staff came across as quite rude. i had to wait forty minutes for check-in. the room wasn't even clean when i got in. i had to ask them to change some stained bedding and empty the bin. it also had a drain smell.
