hotel cleanliness hardworking staff daily plate
i appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel the staff worked hard to ensure a great experience i was also impressed with the exotic fruit plate provided daily to my villa at breakfast it was a nice touch

happy staff great variety fine pools
we stayed seven nights and the service was very nice. all the staff seemed happy. the breakfast buffet offered so much wonderful variety, it made me smile every morning. the pools were fine, and i enjoyed lovely walks around the area. i want to come back soon.
sometimes, finding available sunbeds near the pool was a little challenging, especially during peak hours.

the hotel is located nearby a beautiful beach. riding bikes along the foreshore seemed magical. the hotel offers a free shuttle to the bali collection for convenient shopping, made my heart flutter with delight.

the resort has immaculate grounds and several amazing pools. the sapphire bar on the lagoon side provided a nice, quiet place. i enjoyed beverages and food in a friendly ambiance, and it felt so private.

the breakfast buffet had a great variety and offered yummy food. the juice bar was amazing, it made the mornings so refreshing. i also sampled restaurants along the beach from neighboring resorts. everything tasted delicious.

i enjoyed the clean pool. Access to the beach was easy. The fitness center had good equipment. Lots of day beds provided many spots for relaxation.

i found the restaurant staff to be very friendly. ibu tya was polite. she ensured we had everything we needed. the food was delicious with many options.
i was asked to wait until 3pm for my room to be ready. i waited until 4:20pm. my requested room was not available before 6:00pm.

great breakfast darting birds
I liked the great breakfast. It has many trees and birds darting around the hotel. It was a big place. The breakfast is REALLY great.

Acceptable stay with issues
rude barista interrupted conversations
The gym was well equipped.
I had a very bad experience during breakfast. The coffee barista was outright rude. She seemed irritated when taking our orders. This conduct is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. A waiter constantly interrupted our conversations asking about the meal, made us uncomfortable.
