convenient transit stop

convenient location shower facilities easy wifi
the location was very convenient for my long layover. food was included and it offered shower facilities. accessing wifi and charging my devices was easy and quick.
elevator music was loud and repeated frequently. the chairs were not comfortable making sleep difficult. the lighting was also quite bright.

the hotel is inside the terminal making it convenient for transit passengers. proximity to the gates allows for easy access to connecting flights. this reduces stress associated with navigating a large airport.

unsecured door kitchen noise
the door to my room didn't lock. anyone could have walked in while i slept. the rooms are behind the kitchen, so it was noisy. the earplugs provided helped a little, but not enough.

unhelpful staff member limited snack selection
The staff member at the front desk wasn't very helpful I asked a simple question about nearby shops and she seemed annoyed. Also the selection of snacks was quite limited the only options available were some crackers and a few pieces of fruit I hoped for something more substantial after a long flight.

boarding gate refreshing shower uncomfortable lounge chairs single tv
The location was very close to my boarding gate. it made my transit smoother and less stressful. i was able to take a refreshing shower after a long flight. This made a big difference to my comfort.
the lounge chairs were not comfortable to nap in. only one tv was in the lounge area. i found this quite limiting, especially when many guests wanted to watch different programs.

convenient terminal stay

easy location clean showers charging facilities
The location was very easy to access. i found plenty of room to sit, so it was not overcrowded. i really liked that the showers were clean. It was good to freshen up before my next flight.
some lights were too bright. after traveling on a plane, i desperately needed sleep, but bright lights made it difficult to relax. the staff woke several people over petty things.
