Adequate Stay, but Lacking Some Details

The service was a bit slow. The staff did NOT seem very attentive. Getting around the resort was harder than it needed to be, as bicycles were only available to guests staying in the far villas. It felt inconvenient. I REALLY wanted to explore the resort more freely.

the resort is near the airport and transfer took only 15 minutes by speedboat.
the all-inclusive package was restrictive. it only included 3 meals daily and additional drinks incurred charges. cocktail prices were also high.

the location was great! the food was AMAZING!!! the staff were very helpful. i mostly enjoyed the kids club. maria is so cool!!! i danced with addy and i loved it. the food at feast and anchorage was good. we will return again 😊.
the room was not cleaned on day two. i reminded them four times. my second day it was not cleaned at all. water was not refilled after room cleaning. i had to call for water. the same went for the vanity kit, i requested it every day. soap for hand wash was not available on day one.

i found my ocean villa really good with its size and layout the views were magnificent and the sunrises lovely maya serviced the accommodation twice a day she couldn't do enough for us the hotel takes sustainability seriously growing its own fruit and veg i appreciate it.
i must say that i felt a little limited with only thirty minutes for non motorised water sports

the staff is attentive and helpful plus they consistently address guest needs with efficiency and warmth the team ensures a smooth experience throughout the resort including prompt responses to requests. i found a dedication to guest satisfaction.

the resort features several restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences chopstix is a favorite for asian flavors feast provided an excellent buffet every restaurant offered excellent options. i found flavors for all tastes.

The transfer situation was not ideal. I waited almost an hour at the airport. My overwater villa, while nice, seemed a bit dated. Some maintenance is needed. I booked half board, which promised a three-course meal, but one restaurant offered only a limited selection. It felt a little misleading. The pool loungers also need attention because they were dirty.
