The staff were very kind. Mohammed , Gokul , Chinta , Saman , and Chippe gave a warm welcome. Their attention to detail,and the very nice hospitality was notable. I appreciated their effort to.
The beach on the main island was not clean at all , and it had a lot of sea weed on the shore line. Shallow water there made it less appealing. Management did not accommodate simple requests from room service , and this was quite disappointing. Live entertainment was below par.

The resort is lovely. The pristine waters are so tranquil. even though some facilities seem a bit run down, like the wi-fi, the staff's warmth makes up for it! i appreciate how they tried to make my daughter comfortable when she was ill. They even surprised us with a bed decoration and cake. it was a nice touch.
The island looks exactly like the videos online, but there was a surprise. the volleyball court sand was a thin layer on sharp rocks. after only 15 minutes, everyone had cuts. Just centimeters under the sand were stones! that's how the place felt. Nice at first, but disappointing closer up.

i really loved how the resort featured three interconnected islands. each island had its own distinct charm and pristine beaches. i found plenty of space to explore, and the bridges made it easy to get around. the staff was so courteous, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making sure i had a great time.
the bus service wasn't frequent enough. it only ran every 15-20 minutes, and it was always full at meal times. the food in the buffet restaurant was only lukewarm and very repetitive! the same choices were offered at both lunch and dinner every day.
