Really good Service and Comfortable Stay

The vegetarian restaurant, Swastha, provided really good food. Prajeesh offered great service there. Our room, an attrium room, was well-kept. I found the high level of hygiene throughout the resort amazing.
I noticed the absence of bolting options on the fire exit staircase door. Anyone could access it from the outside, causing a security concern. This aspect could improve guest safety.

The staff were courteous and attentive to every need. Jyotika was always smiling and helpful in the dining area. Leela and Suneesh were very cooperative. They provided good service. Akhil and Cyril offered excellent service as well.

The rooms are well equipped with amenities ensuring convenience. The rooms were also spacious and very clean adding to the comfort. The rooms are equipped with necessary items. This made relaxing after a day of exploring easy.
